SM Seaside City Cebu
SM Seaside City Cebu will be an upcoming large shopping mall owned and developed by SM Prime Holdings. It is expected to open in the 2nd Quarter of 2013. SM Seaside City Cebu will be SM's second mall in Cebu City and 52nd mall in the Philippines. The mall will be designed by Arquitectonica, the same company who designed SM North EDSA, SM Mall of Asia and SM Megamall. [1] On April 12, 2011, SM Prime Holding held a ground breaking ceremony at South Road Properties.[2]
